Working With Technology

When I started thinking about different ways to create a more organized household, I realized that there had to be a modern way to take care of things. I started carefully evaluating different elements of my life, and within a few months, I was able to find a great business that had all of the technology features I was looking for. I was really pleased with the software they offered, and after I invested in a few of the programs, things were a lot easier. I wanted to start focusing more seriously on technology, so I made this easy-to-read website. Check it out.

3 Signs Your Business Email Has Been Blacklisted

by Roland Stanley

You probably use your business email to send out promotional emails and information. You might also use it for important communication with customers, suppliers, and others. If your business email has been blacklisted, then many of the messages you send out might never make it to the inboxes of those to whom you are sending them. This is obviously a frustrating situation. What is even more frustrating, though, is continuing to use your business email without realizing that it has been blacklisted. These are a few ways you can tell if your business email has been blacklisted:

1. You Aren't Getting Responses

You might be used to getting a response from the emails that you send. When you send out promotional emails or newsletters to your loyal customers, you might be used to some of them following up and visiting your site to make purchases. When you send out emails to your suppliers or others that you rely on to help with the operation of your business, you might be used to getting a prompt response.

Not seeing any type of response for a little while isn't a big deal. However, if you have found that you aren't getting responses back at all, it's a sign that there could be something wrong with your emails and how they're being sent out. One possibility is that your email has been blacklisted.

2. You're Getting Complaints

You might be used to customers or others claiming that they never received your emails. This happens sometimes -- for example, someone might accidentally delete your email without seeing it while cleaning out their cluttered email inbox. Sometimes, messages from legitimate email addresses end up in spam folders for seemingly no reason at all. These kinds of things happen, so if you get an occasional complaint from someone that states that they didn't receive one of your emails, you might not worry about it too much. If you're getting this complaint a lot, it might be time to check into things to see if there's a bigger problem.

3. You're Receiving Error Messages

Lastly, you might receive error messages when you send out emails. These messages might state that your email address or IP has been blocked. This is a surefire sign that your email has been blocked or blacklisted, whether by one person or email server or by many different email servers. A spam blacklist removal service can help you if you're in this situation.
